About the Girl
In the midst of her Quarter-Life Crisis, Jordan is fueled by Starbucks, laughter and randomness. After braving the VA-DC commute everyday for 6 years, she finally became an official DC Resident June, 2009.
A self-proclaimed Princess, Jordan firmly believes that being born on April 1st was no coincidence.
“The world is my Jester,” she says. “I refuse to believe that a day can go by without at least smiling once…There is always something out there to entertain me and yes, make me snort.”
Jordan’s days are divided between a ‘real’ job, full-time ‘education’, freelance projects (please hire her), social media frenzy (she’s in your Twitter, sending you LOLs), spending time with the Boyfriend, re-discovering Washington, DC (doing touristy things and being annoyed with tourists at the same time), making memories with the people she adores (trying to remember MOST of those memories), shenanigans with the other DC bloggers, and blogging (Duh, right?).
Once, Jordan attempted to organize her day by breaking down the hours. She then proceeded to spend the next 2 days hiding under the covers and looking for the rabbit hole to escape the ‘real’ world.
Jordan also enjoys bargains. A lot. She clips coupons, signs up for deals and will shamelessly do reviews for products that she enjoys. She gets a kick out of looking at her receipt after grocery shopping to see the percentage of savings for that day and will proceed to gloat about it to whoever is willing to listen.
In June, 2010, Jordan will embark on a brand new journey as her boyfriend moves in to her humble abode at 6th & Crack. Once this happens, she may or may not be forced to actually sleep at night but that is questionable.
If you ever meet Jordan in person, please excuse her immigrant moments. No need to explain what an immigrant moment is…Trust us…you’ll know.

A Starbucks Gold Card? Geez…*shakes head* Although I will say this: There’s a little cafe not too far from where I live, and they have a Raspberry Truffle Latte that is absolutely sick. And by sick, I mean to die for (without sounding to effeminate (sp?)).

I acted out because I needed answers, and acting out was literally the only way I could get them.
Now I have them, and I’m done.

Hey Jordan! Love the blog! I’d love to get ahold of you about a cool 20-something D.C. thing that’s happening with the film ‘The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo’ and RAINN (I’m the head of the social media campaign for the movie) – send me an email so I can give you the deets and see if you might want to cover it?
Thanks!
